As
simple as that — the WEINIG Variomat:
Longitudinal and
end profiling in one
The Variomat is the only moulder in the world today that can handle
four-sided planing and profiling, and longitudinal and end profiling of
workpieces. The Variomat is just as flexible as you are and can grow to
keep pace with your requirements. Its secret is simple: retrofit
modules.
We develop our technology for your benefit: Equipped with the WEINIG
Memory system and featuring PowerLock technology, the user-friendly
Variomat can be reset in a matter of seconds. Once produced and stored,
a profile can be reproduced at any time with maximum precision and
minimum setup effort. Available in two different tool arrangements with
four or five tool holders, each of which can be supplemented by a
multi-function table. The Variomat will grow with your future needs! |

Take rough lumber and produce finished parts on one machine instead of
a jointer, planer, shaper and tenoner. With the optional
multifunctional table the Variomat can plane and/or profile all 4 sides
of a workpiece, and then do the end work for that piece on the same

The most solid and powerful WEINIG moulder with conventional cutter
heads. Available with many spindle configurations. This machine is a
perfect solution in sawmills and industries making decking, mouldings,
side profiles, floor board, door and window parts out of tropical
hardwood species. All UNIMAT 23EL moulders are taylor made to enable
you to choose your spindle configuration, the HP per spindle and the
table and fence surface hardened for your needs (regular, MARATHON or
MARATHON POWER COATING) and many other options. |
